Terms & Conditions

The details behind our holiday lighting plans. Your signed plan agreement is the final word, and if anything here differs, your agreement applies.

Pricing

  • Per season. Prices are per season, plus applicable sales tax.
  • Current season. Prices shown on this website are for the 2026 season. Your price is confirmed in your written plan agreement.
  • Locked pricing. Your per-season price never goes up during your plan.
  • Renewals. Multi-year plan renewals are billed each October.

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due after your 3-day cancellation window closes.
  • The balance is due on install day.
  • Card on file. A card on file is required. Multi-year plan renewals are charged to it each October.

Cancelling

  • Until midnight of the third business day after signing: cancel for a full refund. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
  • After that, before your lights are installed: your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • After your lights are installed: you can end your plan at any time. A fee of 30% of the remaining plan value applies, and you keep the lights cut for your home. Remaining plan value is your per-season price times the number of seasons not yet installed.
  • How to cancel: email contact@aceprestigewash.com. The date we receive your email is your cancellation date.

Changing your design

  • Adding pieces. Add bushes, wreaths, trees or other pieces any season at your plan's locked rate.
  • Removing pieces. Removing pieces lowers your price for future seasons, but never below your plan's per-season minimum.
  • Free color change. 5-year plans include one free color change per plan, for roofline bulbs. Tree wraps use mini lights that can't be re-bulbed, so changing their color is priced separately. Swapped-out bulbs come back to us. Other color changes are quoted at your design visit.
  • Deadline. Design changes for next season must be requested by September 30 and are made at your next install.

Upgrading & renewing

  • Upgrades. When a 1- or 3-year plan ends, you can move up to a longer plan. Your new plan starts the next season at the new plan's rate, your same lights go back up, and there's no fee to switch.
  • End of your plan. Plans don't renew automatically. Your plan ends at the January takedown after its final season. Within a week, we'll send you an offer to start a new plan (1-year plans: another year, or an upgrade to a 3- or 5-year plan), with a reminder by September 1. You can say yes any time through September 30, and nothing is charged until October 1.

Moving

Moving isn't cancelling. You can transfer your plan to the buyer of your home at no charge, or move it to your new home in our service area.

Your lights

  • Commercial-grade LED lights, custom-cut to your home, plus clips and a timer, are included with every plan.
  • Once installed, the lights are yours to keep.
  • Storage after your plan ends. We keep storing your lights through September 30, and you can pick them up any time before then. If you don't start a new plan by September 30, you have 60 days after that to pick up or arrange delivery of your lights. We'll remind you in writing. After those 60 days, unclaimed lights become ours.
  • Have your own lights? Ask about installation-only pricing.

Service & schedule

  • Installs start in late October and run through December 15.
  • Service calls are free all season and fixed within 48 hours, weather permitting. If weather makes it unsafe to work, we fix it on the next safe working day. Burned-out bulbs are replaced at no charge.
  • What service calls cover. Normal wear and failures, storm damage, and wildlife damage like a squirrel chewing a wire. Damage from vandalism, theft, or work by other people (like roofers or landscapers) is not covered and is billed separately.
  • Install dates are scheduled targets and may shift for weather.
  • Takedown is in January, with off-season storage included.

Your home

  • How we install. We attach lights with clips, never nails or staples.
  • Existing conditions. We're not responsible for problems that existed before install, like loose gutters, damaged shingles or faulty outlets.
  • Your part. Please provide working outdoor outlets, get any HOA approval you need, and keep pets secured and gates open on install and takedown days.
  • Changes to your home. A new roof, gutters or paint during your plan may need a re-measure, and re-cutting lights may cost extra.

If we can't do the work

If we can't install a season you've paid for, that season is refunded.
